Allergic Conjunctivitis – This occurs in people who have seasonal allergies. When they come in contact with a substance that causes an allergic reaction in their eyes, they develop allergic conjunctivitis. It usually occurs in both eyes, with symptoms such as itching, tearing and swelling of the eyes. It is often accompanied by other allergy symptoms such as itchy nose, sneezing or sore throat.

Salt beneficial for conjunctivitis
Add half a teaspoon of salt to a cup of clean water and boil it. Allow the water to cool. Then put it in the eyes with the help of a dropper.
Honey is beneficial for conjunctivitis
Honey has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. Take a quarter teaspoon of honey, a quarter cup of clean water and a pinch of salt. Mix honey and salt well in clean water. Put one to two drops of this water in the eyes using a dropper.
Mix a good amount of honey in warm milk and apply 2-3 drops in the eyes with the help of a dropper.
Aloe Vera is beneficial for Conjunctivitis
Extract the gel from fresh aloe vera, mix it well with clean water and apply it on the eyes using a dropper. Use it 3-4 times a day.
Boric Acid Beneficial for Conjunctivitis
Boric acid is beneficial for many eye problems due to its antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It also keeps the eyes clean. Mix one teaspoon of boric acid in a cup of water and wash your eyes with it or clean your eyes with the help of cotton. Use it two or three times a day.
Cucumber is the best natural remedy
Cucumber is one of the best natural remedies for eye relief. Cucumber instantly relieves eye irritation and inflammation. Take 2 slices of cucumber and keep it in ice cold water for 10 minutes. After that place cucumber on the closed eyelids, this will give instant relief from the pain.
Hot shakes are beneficial for conjunctivitis
Mix two teaspoons of dried marigold flowers in a cup of hot water and mix well after it cools down. Use this water to wash your eyes or use it as a warm shake by dipping a clean cloth in it only when it is warm.
Use a hot shake. Use rose, lavender and chamomile oils for fomentation. Apply one of these warm oils to a cloth and then leave it on the eyes until it cools down. Do this at least 2-3 times a day.

What changes should be made in diet and lifestyle?
