ટામેટાના ભજીયા બનાવવાની રીત
- આદુ,લસણ,શિંગદાણા, સુકુ ટોપરું, થોડા ગાઠિયા, કોથરમરી, ફૂદીનો, મીઠો લીમડો, ખાંડ, મીઠું, લીંબુ, થોડું પાણી ઉમેરી ઘાટી ચટણી બનાવી લો.
- હવે કડક ટામેટા લઈ ગોળ સ્લાઈસ કરી લો. હવે ટામેટાની સ્લાઈસ પાથરી તેના પર આ લીલી લટણી પાથરી દો.
- એક તપેલીમાં એક વાટકો ચણાનો લોટ લો, તેમા હીંગ, લાલ મરચું પાવડર, હળદર, મીઠું, લીંબું, ખાવાનો સોડા, ધાણાજીરું પાવડર, કાળામરીનો પાવડર મિક્સ કરો.
- પછી પાણી ઉમેરી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી ઘાટું બેટર બનાવી લો.
- તળવા માટે તેલ મૂકો.
- હવે લોટમાં આ ટામેટાની સ્લાઈસ ડૂબાડી, ચમચીની મદદથી તેને તેલમાં મૂકી દો.
- ગોલ્ડન બ્રાઉન થાય એટલે બહાર નિકાળી દો. તો તૈયાર છે તમારા ટામેટાના ભજીયા.

600 grams of curd
100 ml. Cream
Salt to taste
10 grams of coriander cumin powder
100 grams onion finely chopped
20 grams of green chilies chopped
100 grams coriander chopped

Method of making
First take curd.
Now add salt and cream to curd.
After that, stir the curd well.

Onion-8 nos
4 tablespoons of oil
As per requirement
Two carrots and a potato boiled and finely chopped
50 grams of butter cheese

Method of making
