Bajaj has launched the world's first CNG bike today. The company has named it
Freedom 125 CNG. The company launched it at its Chakan plant in Pune. Union
Road Environment Minister Nitin Gadkari was also present on this occasion. It
is also the highest mileage bike in the country as well as the world.
The company has used hybrid CNG technology in it. Talking about the range, the
company claims that this bike can provide a driving range of up to 330 km. The
bike generates a maximum power of 9.5 PS at 8000 RPM and a torque of 9.7
Newton meters at 6000 RPM.
Bajaj CNG Bike Features
The bike has many great features. The company has launched it in three
variants and the price starts at just Rs 95,000. The special thing is that the
bike has a single switch for CNG and petrol. That means the bike does not have
to be stopped to shift from petrol to CNG or to shift from CNG to petrol.

Talking about this bike, it has a long seat. In which 2 people can sit
comfortably. It has a strong robust trellis frame. The bike gets dual color
graphics along with LED headlamps. This makes it very attractive to look at.
CNG cylinder is fitted under the seat in this bike. This CNG cylinder is
fitted in such a way that it is not visible at all. It has a 2 kg CNG cylinder
and a 2 liter petrol tank. 11 safety tests of this bike have been done.
Bajaj CNG Bike Variant and Color
This bike has been launched in 3 variants. Which includes NGO4 Disc LED, NGO4
Drum LED and NGO4 Drum. Its NGO4 Disc LED has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.10
lakh, NGO4 Drum LED has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.05 lakh and NGO4 Drum has
an ex-showroom price of Rs 95 thousand.

The company has launched it in 7 colors. Along with the launch, its booking
has also been started. It can also be booked online or by visiting the
company's dealer. First of all, its delivery will start in Maharashtra and
Gujarat. While it will be available across the country from the next quarter.
Rajeev Bajaj said that this bike will save people from spending more. This
bike will make the country free from pollution. He said that having launched
100 vehicles in his 34-year career, this is the most special for him.
Bajaj CNG Bike Mileage
In the world's first CNG bike, Bajaj Freedom, the company has given a petrol
engine of 125 cc capacity. The company has provided a 2 liter petrol fuel tank
and a 2 kg capacity CNG tank. The company claims that this bike offers a
driving range of up to 330 km on a full tank (petrol and CNG). Talking about
the mileage, the company claims that this bike gives a mileage of 102 km in
one kilogram of CNG and 67 km in one liter of petrol.

Bajaj Auto claims that the running cost of this bike is very low compared to
any petrol model. During daily use, it will cost 50 percent less than other
bikes. In this view, the vehicle owner can save up to 75,000 rupees in the
next 5 years during the use of the bike.
