Storm from October 12 to 18
During the forecast, Ambalal Patel said that storms usually occur in the Bay of Bengal in the month of October. But this year there will be a possibility of storm in the Arabian Sea in the month of October. Disturbances will be seen in the Arabian Sea till October 2 and the cyclone is likely to become active from October 12 to 18.
Effect of storm on coastal areas
The path of this storm is towards Oman. But the chances of the Oman route being stopped have reduced. But due to the jet stream, it is likely that the route to Pakistan will be through the western Saurashtra route via parts of Kutch. Apart from this, the cyclone will be active in the Bay of Bengal from October 22 and the effect of the cyclone will be seen in the coastal areas. However, storms will come due to unknown reasons.
However, according to the Ahmedabad Center of the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are not expected anywhere in Gujarat till the 13th. The weather is expected to remain dry throughout the state. Meanwhile, the players are now jumping with joy due to no rain during Navratri.
